He also led complex investigations, conducted evidentiary hearings, and presented cases to grand juries.
Jesse’s dedication to justice is rooted in his early service to the country. He served four years in the United States Navy as an Operations Specialist, including a year-long deployment to the Middle East in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. He earned his undergraduate degree from Pace University and his law degree from American University Washington College of Law.
