Christine Hintze
Christine Hintze is a dedicated advocate for employees and has extensive experience representing individuals in high-stakes legal disputes involving sexual harassment, whistleblower retaliation, and discrimination based on gender, race, age, pregnancy, disability, sexual orientation, and religion.
Ms. Hintze has successfully secured millions of dollars in settlements for her clients, earning her membership in the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum—an honor reserved for attorneys who have obtained some of the highest verdicts and settlements nationwide. Recently, she achieved a $2,000,000 settlement in a sexual harassment case, which was brought by a former employee against a major New York City corporation.
Ms. Hintze represents a diverse range of clients, from high-level executives to associates and employees across industries such as financial services, retail and fashion, healthcare, life sciences, and hospitality. She is skilled in negotiating favorable resolutions before litigation arises but is also a formidable litigator when necessary, advocating for her clients in both state and federal courts.
Before joining the firm, Ms. Hintze was an associate at ArentFox Schiff, where she handled matters related to forced labor, customs, and international trade law, including False Claims Act investigations.
Ms. Hintze earned her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was a member of the Journal of Law and Policy and a Dennis J. Block Center for International Business Law Fellow. During law school, she interned for the Honorable Cathy Waldor in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
She began her legal career as a Paralegal at Arcé Law Group, P.C., before earning her law degree. She holds a B.A. from Skidmore College.
